Since opening our doors in 2005, Chapel Hill Self Storage Centre (CHSS) and our management partner, Summit Management Services Inc. (Summit), have always made the customer experience our number one priority. We recognize that our customers see us as an extension of their homes and businesses. Therefore, our friendly and professional staff work daily to ensure that we provide the cleanest, most secure storage solution in the area. This focus has been the foundation of our success and is the cornerstone of our business model.
Why the name change?
We feel that customers in other geographic areas deserve the same laser-sharp focus on customer needs, which our team has worked so hard to cultivate. Accordingly, we are excited to announce that through our continued partnership with Summit, plans are underway to open additional storage locations in Northeast Ohio. Due to this expansion and our continued partnership with Summit, we feel that bringing all of our self storage locations under one name will better communicate our universal commitment to our customers. Regardless of our location, a customer should be able to enjoy the same great storage experience that our company stands for.

Select your storage unit, digitally sign your rental agreement, and pay your first rental payment all ONLINE, and you’ll be accessing your storage unit within 24 business hours.
- Has writing a check for your rental payment each month become a hassle? No problem! Create an account through our website and easily make a payment electronically using your bank account or credit card. Better yet, set it and forget it! Sign up for automatic payments and your payment will be processed automatically each month.
- Are you in need of a storage unit but you aren’t sure what size you need? Access the storage calculator on our website, select the size of your home and see a digital representation of your storage unit, stacked and packed with common household belongings.
