Throughout the unprecedented challenges faced by all of us during this Covid-19 emergency, we have remained dedicated to the health and welfare of our employees and our customers.

Virtual Assistance

We have gone virtual as much as possible and encourage these choices as a way to minimize face-to-face contact. Contactless rental and payment options are available 24/7. You can rent units online and make payments through our website. You can rent units or make payments 24/7 at the self-service kiosks available at every location. And, you can make payments by calling our office to speak with a customer service representative or using our automated pay-by-phone system.

Staff & Customers

Staff are required to take temperatures upon arrival at work and to wear masks. Customers are not admitted to our offices unless they, too, are wearing a mask. We have installed plexiglass shields as an additional precaution. We are maintaining recommended social distancing at all times.

Hands-Free Access

At select locations, hands-free electronic gate access is available through the Storage Genie smartphone app on your mobile device.

Regular Cleaning

Common surfaces are regularly cleaned.
