Drive-up units are outdoor, ground-level units that are ideal for quick and easy access. Most of our drive-up units are accessed through a roll-up door, so you can drive your vehicle right up to the unit, open the door, and conveniently load/unload your belongings. Climate-controlled units are situated in the interior hallway of a building in which a heating/cooling system is installed to keep the building and the units within the building at a moderate temperature. Belongings stored in climate-controlled units are not subjected to temperature extremes like those experienced by drive up units. Items best suited to climate-controlled storage are fine furniture/woods, documents, instruments, electronics, or any item whose quality could be affected by temperature fluctuations. Climate-controlled units provide some additional protection from the elements (weather, debris, etc) due to being housed within a building. Each type has benefit depending upon your needs and many of our locations offer both of these types of units.

Indoor units are located side by side in the interior hallway of a building. They provide some additional protection from the elements (weather, debris, etc) due to being housed within a building. And while they do provide some additional protection from extreme temperatures, the temperature is not regulated through a heating/cooling system within the building. Indoor units are all accessed through swing doors (like a bedroom) and while they are still easy to access, you must enter the main building door first before accessing your unit. Good news, we offer both types of units, so we can best meet your needs.
Yes! Some locations offer outdoor parking storage; however, all locations allow vehicle storage in Drive-Up storage units if the unit size is sufficient to fit the vehicle. These are typically 10x20 units, but could be smaller or larger depending upon the vehicle. All stored vehicles must be driveable, registered and insured. Proof of ownership, insurance, and a signed vehicle addendum document must be provided at time of rental.
Of course. Our storage unit rentals are on a month-to-month basis, so we’re here as long as you need us. Rent for a month, a year, or as long as you want!
You can pay monthly rent for your self storage unit by credit card or through your bank account as an electronic ACH payment. These payments can quicky and easily be made online using a smartphone or personal computer; or by phone. Better yet, you can “set and forget” your payments by signing up for autopay through your tenant portal by clicking Pay Bill.
