Promotional Discount Disclosure
This Rental Agreement for the lease of a self-service storage space may include Monthly Rent for the initial month-to month rental term that is subject to discounts, incentives, promotions, and/or other price reduction programs (the "Concession"). There should be no expectation of such Concession beyond the Initial Term of the Rental Agreement, unless agreed upon in writing. Per the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement, Owner may increase Rent or other fees and charges for the Storage Space with Thirty (30) days advance written notice to Occupant.
As a condition of receiving any Concession during the Term of this Rental Agreement, Occupant agrees and acknowledges that Autopay must be used during the period in which the Concession is received. Failure to maintain Autopay will result in the Concession being forfeited on a going-forward basis. Furthermore, in the event Occupant pays Rent late once during the Term, any applicable Concession will be forfeited on a going-forward basis.
